Knowledge, MOTIVATION, positive self-image, LEADERSHIP, accomplishment, ACHIEVEMENT, commitment, LOYALTY, guidance, goal setting...

These are lofty words, deep with meaning....

Who is qualified to bring out these qualities in others?  What kind of experience does it take to acquire such a skill?  Can they deliver on their promise? How do we know if someone actually has this ability?

We simply look at what others have experienced, benefited and achieved with a leaders assistance!

Again, maybe you're thinking, "do the people who make these claims have what it takes to bring out these qualities in me, or my child?" Well, I'm here to show you, in more ways than you can begin to imagine, leadership, motivation, inspiration and achievement is my way of life. My name is Al Cole. I'm the Grandmaster of some of the most successful Martial Arts schools in the USA. Our schools are right here in Chardon and Mentor, Ohio.

Steven Lopez, 2-time Taekwondo Olympic Gold Medalist, 2004 Athens Greece and 2000 Summer Olympic Games in Sydney Austrailia, Juan Moreno, Kay Poe, Barb Kunkle, Han Won Lee, President Sang Lee, John Holloway and Olympic Head Coach Young In Cheon.

For two decades I've been nurturing children like yours, and guiding adults like you with character building tools developed by myself and and top industry experts. No other sport can match them. In the next few pages, I'm going to tell you how you and you and/or your child can sample all of this, and more.

You will watch as you and your child increases in confidence to take on challenges and stands up for their self. Concentration will soar as academic performance improves, and they will apply new-found self-discipline to keep a clean room and practice their extra interest, like a musical instrument for example. Adult feel impowered with new found focus, stamina and the excitment of learning something new.

"Few Masters in the US, if not the world, are as knowledgeable about Taekwondo as Grandmaster Cole is. I have been privileged to study with, and to be influenced by this "Master's Master" who has been a leader for Taekwondo instructors all over the country."
Ran Zohar, Master-Instructor, All American Taekwondo ~ Philadelphia, PA

INCREASED STRENGTH AND FITNESS

Increased strength and fitness, in both body and mind. And all of it comes while learning how to kick, block, and punch. Still, you're wondering if this will work for your child. I understand. You may be asking, how does all this stuff work? And why does the US Taekwondo manage to do a better job teaching it?

More than any other sport, our program gives you and/or your child the chance to explore his/her innate powers. They will marvel (as you will) as they increases in strength, flexibility endurance, balance, and harmony. Yet this is only the start. In fact, their physical skills act as a foundation for something much more important: the development of her value skills, mental and spiritual. And not cut off from his/her physical skills, but intimately connected (even bonded) to them. You see, we have an extensive character education curriculum that your child and/or you will complete as part of the belt advancement requirements. Each month we have a new "task" or assignment they must complete, designed to teach them (through actions and deeds) such values as RESPECT and skills such as GOAL-SETTING.

COURAGE. As student's confidence builds through belt advancement and accomplishemnt, they find the courage to move outside of his/her comfort zone. Students wills themselves to take on more difficult Taekwondo moves and skills. They become no longer afraid of being afraid.
Just as important as gaining the courage and self-confidence to stand up for him/herself, we will give them the skills to STAND UP TO BULLIES and of course, protect themselves against STRANGER ABDUCTIONS with our exclusive ABDUCTION SAFETY CURRICULUM.

STAYING POWER.
Students find joy in improving their physical stamina. They can walk farther, run longer, practice skills until he/she gets them right. In turn, they learn not to give up. Students stick things out. With the help of his/her instructors they strive harder, longer to reach goals. Even if they fail students persevere. Students won't let self doubts get in the way of finding ultimate solutions. As the man said, "Where performance is measured, performance improves." Yet, students have to first accept where they stand now. That means measuring current strengths. Above all, they learn that to succeed, they can't fool anyone, especially themselves. This results in a keener focus.

Students learn to make eye contact with his/her teacher (and not just in Taekwondo). They pay greater attention to what each teacher says. They know and accepts where they stand. These are just three of the powerful, energizing values our students will get from our Character Education program. In short, you can look forward to you and/or your child developing: Powerful Self Control - refuse to give in to negative peer pressure. Students have deeper respect for rules. Improved Focus - learn what's needed, along with the skill to "zero in" on critical tasks at hand. Normal, yet time-wasting, distractions won't get in their way

Fearless Self Confidence
Watch as you or your child finds the courage to open any door life has to offer.   As you might guess, all of this couldn't happen unless I had the very best instructors. In fact, our staff includes Grandmaster Al Cole, who teaches Physical Education Teachers at Cleveland State University!  Each of our instructors has years of experience in Taekwondo and has been thoroughly trained in teaching skills, and on top of being superb teachers, our Grandmaster was the U.S. National Taekwondo Team Leader -that's right, ~ he is among the BEST in the nation!

Does all this sound too good to be true?
Don't take our word for it! Read more about what Taekwondo Leaders have to say:
